Final routine? Are you gonna die or something or are you just quitting???

The only I personally wouldnt like in that routine is Traps on Wednesday and then the very next day your working hamstrings which Im assuming means deadlifts that ALWAYS give me a major burn in my traps. What I have done is just throw my trap excercises in at the end of my leg routine.

Not to mention alot of the back exercises on tuesday also work the traps, the 3-days of working the traps, can you say localized overtraining?

I am also bulking. I don't do any direct work for my traps and they are bigger then they ever were. You work them indirectly with DL's and Rows. You don't really need to do shrugs since your bulking. Concentrate on the compound movements. Your diet is 80% of it.

Cancel the cardio since you are bulking. Use it as a food day and just eat like crazy. Do your calves with Quads and Hams. Use that ab day as your core day (lower back and ab exercises). Your routine is good. You don't have to do what I say. I'm just suggesting things. I would def cut the cardio if you are bulking. You want as little activity as possible on your off days so your muscles can repair themselves and grow.

NO! Stop working out so much. You are burning calories when you are in the gym working out. 5 days a week is even a lot.

personally id say do a 3 or 4-day split, rather than 6 days. doublebase is right, you are working out an awful lot, not to mention driving to the gym all the time (or walking downstairs to lift in your house, i dunno what you do). and i do cardio even when i bulk. i prefer to do less cardio after i lift than have a separate cardio day, gets it all out of the way and i HATE CARDIO!!!!!!!#K!@O%P@I K)@%I!%!P$@#K

but more importantly, i'd say try something and make revisions after you know how it makes you feel. everybody here is just gonna give their opinion of what works for them. you must find what works for you, and you cant find that out until you try something. it should be pretty obvious if you are over or undertraining.

Oh and heres the exercises Ive been doing... Please revise and critique all you want...

Chest- Bench, Incline Bench, and either Pecdec or Flies(been alternating)
Tri's- Skull Crushers, Push Downs, and sometimes tricep machine press(depends on gym duration time and how burned tri's are)

Back- T-Bar Rows, Cable Rows, and some lat exercise where u sit and push weights on a lever??, fairly common exercise at gym
Bi's- Barbell Curls, Seated Concentration Curls, Hammer Curls

Shoulders- Military Press, Side Laterals(w/ dumbells)

Legs- Squats, Leg curls, Leg Extensions, Leg Press

Abs- Weighted Crunches, and other various exercises

    So.. what do you think??
