Post Shoulders 'popping'

I notice that my left Deltoids always 'cracks' and have those 'pops' sound whenever I tried swinging them whether is it from left to right or up to down. My right shoulder also have the same prob, but it is not as bad.

Any idea what causes my left delts to have that cracking and popping all the time? Is it due to my joints being lossen or something like that? Cuz whenever I crack it, my left delts starts to get really tired, it's annoying.

Sounds like time for a break

I don't say that because of the popping which mine does all the time but because of the soreness.

Maki knows all the shit behind it, but it's basically just some stuff moving around in your joints and is nothing to worry about unless it starts to hurt.

I've had it in my elbows for 2 years now, never have me any problems.

Shouldn't, Mammer. I think just about anyone who's been lifting for any length of time has this is one joint or another. For me it's my elbows, some peopel get it in the knees, shoulders, wrists, etc...

Nothing to worry about.
