    Work them. Try holding a weight for a specific time; increase the time and/or weight each session and see how it goes. That's as complicated as it really has to be. You can try forearm curls and things like that, but I've never enjoyed those and I've always felt stupid moving the weight about two inches.

    I've found that simple forearm curls really do help, no matter how stupid you look when doing them. Those are the best way to thicken your forearms if you ask me.

    doing stuff with a thick bar, or use towels to wrap around a bar. this can also be applied to pull ups.
    high rep deads (double overhand)
    heavy shrugs (also double overhand)
    static holds
    farmers walks
    pinch gripping plates/DB's
    hammer curls
    plate curls

    thats all i got off the top of my head, i'm sure there are tons more i didn't think of.

    french curls always worked for me. i do wrist curls on occasion too.

    i do french curls with the ez bar, so its almost like a hammer curl. more comfortable this way.

    heavy deadlifts and pullups probly help too, as they put a lot of pressure on your grip.
