    Max-OT...

    Anyone use this program? Would it be worth a shot? I just want to here from the people that are doing or have tried the Max-OT approach and the results they have seen from it...thanks

    It's a very solid program. It and HIT training are both centered on some of the same important principles. Low volume, high intensity, etc, etc, etc, etc. Go ahead, you'll prolly learn at least some things from it. I know I did.

    I know they are similar but if you had to pick one would you got with HIT or Max-OT
