Otherwise known as Low Intensity Training. This is the trend my workouts have been following lately. I'm usually tired after work, and just generally tired. So I take long breaks in between sets and have subpar workouts. I cut out sets I was planning on doing. Anyone else tried LIT who didn't want to, but was too tired to lift like a crazy mofo?
