    what is the required anount of training required for a 21 yr old man...1hour ...i want to know ..just to keep fit and have strong muscles...

    I don't know that there are any set gidelines for this, it would depend on what your daily activities are as well. Do you have a sit down job or are you in construction etc.
    Some people may not need to go to a gym to keep fit but for people like me that don't get much activity through a normal day need to go to the gym 3 or more times a week to keep in good physical shape.
