    The chest

    ok my upper chest is great but my lower chest needs to be more wide is their anything i can do? and what can i do to get the fat off my chest? and do you guys watch wwe wrestling? do you think batista trains all the time to stay how he is?

    1- dumbell flies
    2- eat less calories than burn
    3- no
    4- he juices and works out prolly 5 times a week

    Okay, just a warning: many people will probably come on here and complain that a muscle cannot be developed in parts. Otherwise, I'd do dumbbell presses and flies for the chest. Other exercises are dips and different angles of flies and presses. Dumbbells are typically more effective than bench pressing; bench pressing is almost always overrated as an exercise in my opinion.
