    ok i'm starting this tomorrow

    diet,training ,cardio and i'm goin to work my ass of to get my 6pac and what i want....is this good?

    I wish you the best of luck bro, just stared cutting myself and cutting calories and doin a shitload of cardio, so far have not lost any strength though.

    in gym class were maxing out on benchpress will this effect my cutting phase?

    Good luck. Just remember to take it one step at a time--too much and your body will trip out on you and slow your progress.
