How come he curls so fast and it doesn't look like he flexes at top.

he is not worried about squeezing muscles. he is a WSM competitor, not a BBer. He just worries about moving weight.

What is WSM?? Do you gain strength better if you do it that way?

WSM = World's Strongest Man Competition

It's on ESPN and ESPN2 a lot on weekends. As far as training goes, I would not recommend training like he does, even if you're going for strength. Stick to your slow, controlled, full ROM compound lifts.

I am going to have to guess that his form of training is rather effective as he looks better than most bodybuilders and is much stronger than just about anyone.

He does look darn good there, doesn't he?

Hmm, I think when he failed testing for WSM (World Strongman) we figured that out

Sure he takes "special supplements" but it doesn't mean he doesn't train hard or have good genetics, and so on. Squeezing at the top is for bodybuilders and not all lift like that either. Powerlifters and strongmen dont care about that stuff. If you want to gain weight, EAT.
