if ur a complete newb then maybe....but if u really want those suckers to grow you have to have shrugs included,period
also some sort of vertical and horizontal retraction of the scapula for the mid and lower traps would be advised. People always leave those out.![]()

I normally do Traps With Shoulders on their own day to tie-in the delts and traps all at once. I use 4 T/S workouts that I constantly alternate which make for great T/S sessions.
