What about your days off? I am sure you can figure something out, I can. I have a full time job, plus a p/t weekend job and I still manage to workout everyday and . . . go out. If you want it bad enough you can make it happen! Good luck

This is a problem for night workers because of the daylight. I dont know when you try to sleep, but I kept a regular schedule when I worked nights. I wouldn't wake up until 2 hours or so before work. I did my workouts, after my job.

thick black blanket over the windows in your bedroom so you can sleep longer. wake
up around 3 or so. hit the gym around 5 and there you go. gives you time to prepare your meals and get your workout in.

Blocking out all the sunlight and starting a regular schedule does help.

i work from 11 p.m. to like 12 or 1 in the afternoon. i have worked this shift for a long time and have no issue sleeping during the day. it is much easier for me to get my workouts in right after work as opposed to doing it right before work. if only there were 30 hours in a day though.

I used to wear one of those gay little sleeping masks during the day after working all night. O.K., I got in such a habit of doing it that I still wear it at night sometimes.........I'm a fag.
