    i want to have a shoulder workout ....

    HOW TO GET STRONG SHOULDERS...I do some workouts...but i catches after sometime....

    Shoulder workout...
    -military press 3x6-8 reps
    -upright rows 3x8-10 reps
    -side lateral 2x10-12 reps
    -shrugs 3x8-10 reps

    Keep trying to up your weight a little each time, progress is slower with shoulders and they're easy to overtrain because they're involved in so many other lifts.

    every other week i add a superset of front raises in with upright rows.
    by the end of that workout my shoulders are crying!
