less bodyfat= more defenition
Can somebody explain whether or not this statement is true? Does doing less weight and more reps really work during a "cut" phase and give more definition then doing power workouts with fewer reps and more weights? I have noticed more of a "burn" in the muscles when doing less weight/more reps.
Any comments?

The only thing that cuts you up is burning more calories than you eat.

Yeah that's what I figured. I started p/rr/s so my reps are changing from week to week. But generally I never do ridiculous amounts like 20. Unless it's for my abs of course...
stick with that and you'll be just fineOriginally Posted by Francis584
