    Here's my training....Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri

    Mon--------------

    Incl bench

    Flat DB’s

    Calves

    Hams

    Military press

    Seated laterals

    Shrugs

    Upright rows

    Tues---------

    Deadlifts

    Wide grip pulldowns

    Low pulley rows

    B/O rows

    Squats

    Leg presses

    Leg ext

    Thurs-------

    BB curls

    EZ bar Curls

    Seated incl curls

    Preacher curls

    Cg bench

    Weighted dips

    Skulls

    Pushdowns

    Fri----------

    Repeat Mon with diff exercises

    Mon;

    Repeat tues with diff exercises

    ECT

    HIT CARDIO...WED and SUN. ..........Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri 45 min's of eliptical at 65% of max heart rate . SATURDAY OFF.

    Wow. So why do you do Hams on Mon and then Deads on Tues??
    Note to self: Eat More, Train Hard, and Eat More!

    Well to tell you i got that all mixed up when transferring it to this site. that is not my routine.
