    I don't know if that is real. The part where he is doing push-ups with his entire body up in the air, I don't know if that is physically possible.

    man they say alot of stuff about us bodybuilders, but the funny thing is i only hear it from fat or skinny people that never lifted a weight in their lifes

    That's true. It would take extremely powerful abs to support one's body in the way he does, especially going around in circles parallel to the floor. Very much arm strength would also be required to do those push ups at the end, as well as the rest of the routine... I wish I could do that, but I'm working towards strength.
