    Abs Training

Do you guys train with lots of reps, or low reps (same as for other muscles) and lots of weight? I generally do lots for abs, but then again shouldn't abs increase the same way as all other muscles, meaning with higher weights?

For me to hit abs a max of only 6-10 times, I would have to pack on serious weight, don't even know if I could hold it all. How do you guys train there?

Are you aiming for more definition or muscle growth? Overall to see more definition, correct me if I'm wrong, it's 90% diet. Lower your bodyfat, you'll see the 8 pack. But if you're trying to build up your abs, treat them like any other muscle. Weight, rest, etc. Don't be that guy who does abs every time he's in the gym for an hour at a time. Muscles grow when they're resting.

I'm one of those that does them almost everyday. I wake up and do 100 situps. Don't know if it is bad for me or not, but it just feels right!
