Is 3-5 and effective rep range for bis I'm think about basing my bi routine on a 3-5 rep range and want to know what you guys think especially if you have tried it before.

Yeah...
Currently for biceps I do: Standing BB curl - 1x3-5, 1x8-10 That it, after back. ------------------ Complex problems have simple, easy to understand, wrong answers. |

My last strength cycle, I used 3-5 reps for standing dumbell and barbell curls with good results.I've also used 3-5 reps for close-grip chins which worked good as well.
