    What book to get?

Any suggestions on a really good all around book. One that talks about training and diet for someone who i not new to lifting, but new to bulking up and putting on some pounds.

That's true, if you do buy that book look at the training and do work outs 1-3 once a week instead of twice. It's accually a good routine is you use half the volume.

have u heard of extreme muscle enhancement? that might not be the exact title but i considered it a decent read....it was a little too costly for the info...19.99....but i picked up some new ideas...i dont get many muscle building books but magazines are a good source of new info..even though i notice a lot of repetiveness in them...

I thought that fitness magazines don't usually have valid information (I'm talking about "Flex" and ones like that); they're usually full of misleading routines and ideas. Is this correct for the most part, with the exception being valid fitness magazines? How can you really tell if the magazine is a valid one?
