    wrist straps for millitary press?!

    So today I saw a guy useing straps while doing shoulder presses on the Smith machine! WTF???? I don't need to tell you that his forearms were way too small for the rest of his body

    today i went to the gym arond 3:30, right when the high school kids "no offence to anyone" get there. but holey ufck what a zoo!! i couldnt believe the shit i was seein!!

    I used to be like that. Atleast they are getting in there and doing something. Rather then being lazy and playing video games all day. They will learn.

    That's about the same as people wearing a belt to do dumbbell curls. I do not see a real use for a belt as long as you use proper form and use a weight that works your muscles and not your ego. I do not use a belt for 400 lbs deadlifts.

    Wraps for anything other than a pulling exercise are completely pointless....bench press included!

    That would be quite funny to see someone use wrist straps on a treadmill at a walking pace and then slip. They'd just be dragging there...
