Critique My Workout Routine

1- Back/Shoulders
2- Arms
3- Chest
4- Legs/Forearms
Abs and Cardio and some pushups added to my workout every other day

With One week Power and the Next RR. And 3-4 Excersises per Muscle group

With 1 or 2 days off a week, usually just sunday but sometimes Sunday and Wendsday.

Any Suggested Improvements will be appreciated......

What are your stats? What are your goals? How is your diet? A whole day for chest? Not needed.

My stats are as follows

Weight- about 190

Height- 5'11

Im 23 years old and am in good shape.

Diet- eating clean and lean several times a day.

Rest- I get like 12 hours of sleep a day, if thats added help at all.

Supps- Multi-Vitamins, an extra C & E, CE2 creatine, Blended Protein supp,
and am currently on my third week of a 1-AD cycle, and an HGH releaser.

Goals- to put on lean mass, to get Big and ripped, preferably the sooner rather than the later.

Doesn't look to bad. I would do something like:
Chest/Shoulder/Tri
Back/Bi
Legs
Core/Cardio

Why wouldnt you do shoulders and back on the same day? Is there something wrong about doing them on the same day?

I just prefer to do them with chest since I am already hitting them with my bench or DB's. You can do them with back though.

On your 4th day you say core/ cardio, what do you mean by core? And would you do those 4 days in the whole week? with days off in between so that you work out everything just once a week?
