    Rowing

Ok so I finally got a rowing machine to do cardio on and two days ago I exercised for 31minutes (pretty much what I could do at the intensity I was exercising at) and these are the results I got,

    - distance was 11.3 (kilometres)
    - Length 31 minutes
    - counter was 812 (passes)
    - 121.2 Calories burned

Two questions about this, First how good is this? (As in fitness level) and next time I exercise (In about 20 minutes from now) how can I improve? (Do I try to beat the distance, length or what?)

    Thanx for any help
    Willo

ps. As I said Im exercising in about 20 minutes, so please answer quickly as you can

6'1" is 73 inches by the way

I am not sure many people here row, why anyone would use their upper body for cardio is something I would not understand IF they are trying to build muscle.

121 calories though is pretty good expenditure.

If you beat your distance versus time, then you have improved. Going longer tells you nothing except you didn't quit.

I try and do things that use my entire body when I do cardio? (versa climber, rower, running).
