If I keep moving up on bench numbers, SHIT will my chest have no choice but to grow? Or can I just keep getting fucking stronger, yet say the same size?

If you keep getting bigger numbers, and eat big, youll grow.

Weights + proper intake = growth

trying to add weight every workout can be funny you know, cos maybe your form is just slightly different so i.e. lockout, faster etc that you can lift that extra 5 lbs on bench and think you have grown?

when i was my strongest (powerlifting days) i could bench around 600lbs for a few reps BUT i am a bit weaker now and have a much bigger chest messurment, the way i lift as a bodybuilder now is much different.

You do not need to "grow" to get stronger.
