Unhappy Stopped gaining

Hey ive been training for a while now and over the last 10 weeks ive added about 10 pounds of muscle on to my body but just recently ive stopped gaining. I read that it could be because my body has adapted to all the punishement its been getting, what can i do to continue gaining?

im also going to try eat more calories, i dunno if that will help or not cause ive still been eating quite a lot of food

If you gained 10 lbs of muscle in 10 weeks naturally, be happy. Those are some amazing gains, just give it time you will go into another growth phase. Every year the gains get slower. I usto keep detailed records of my training in the first 4 years. Here is an example of my yearly bench gains. Year one 75lbs, year two 50lbs, year three 40lbs, and year four 30lbs. You sound like you're doing good so far, just keep at it and the gains will be there.
