Hey ive been training for a while now and over the last 10 weeks ive added about 10 pounds of muscle on to my body but just recently ive stopped gaining. I read that it could be because my body has adapted to all the punishement its been getting, what can i do to continue gaining?
im also going to try eat more calories, i dunno if that will help or not cause ive still been eating quite a lot of food ![]() |
