I do pullovers on a machine (on my back day), do you think free weights are better for that exercise?

I guess Ive never seen that machine. Unless you REALLY think you need a spotter the freeweights almost always beat the machines.

Love em! Freeweights are much better than machine for me. I do both,
however, it just depends on where they are in my lineup. |

i hate them...i have loose ligaments in my shoulders so whenever i do them, my shoulders dislocate....kinda creepy actually...doesnt hurt too much...i've sorta gotten used to it...it used to happen when i did pull-ups...and it happens with flyes sumtimes too..i was doing a set of incline db press back in december and my shoulder dislocated and i ended up dropping the dumbbell on my nuts....excruciating pain.

Functional Lifting = Life
|
This is yet another exercise for which I can't get the right form. I suppose it's because I can't hang off the end of my bench, and a chair doesn't work either. Does anyone know what else can be used to lay on? I'm guessing the floor would do very little for you...
Push yourself. Enjoy yourself. Be yourself.
