For the love of God !!!

How in the world do I lose unsightly belly fat!?!?

Im in great shape and strong except i have this layer of fat around my mid section. It pisses me off. I workout great everday and do cardio eveyday and work my abs every other day. But it still wont go away.
I think this is beer fat from back in my Navy drinking days.
Or is this water retention from Creatine and 1-AD?

Please help any advice will be appreciated.

Doubt you'd have enough water retention from Creatine and 1-AD that you would be prevented from seeing your abs. Though if you're on 1-AD, you should be eating a lot right now, which would explain the extra weight.

so if this is driking fat from before, how long does it take for it to go away?

I mean I dont have a large frame or large bones so I shouldnt have a lard gut like this. Especcially when eveything else on me is nice and ripped.
It doesnt make sense!!

What type of pace do you do for those 2 miles? That has alot to do with efficiently burning off fat. Also, how clean is your diet now?

To really burn off the fat, try cutting down that 2 mile run to something like a 16 minute run on an interval circuit (HIIT or MaxOT cardio)... something like this:

2 minute warm-up
1 minute sprint
1 minute jog
1 minute sprint
1 minute jog
2 minute sprint
1 minute jog
2 minute sprint
2 minute jog
1 minute sprint
2 minute jog

2-5 minute cool down...

You might really notice some of the fat burning off then. Just a thought.

Put that steel on your back and give it a motherfucking ride, son.

Run 4 miles every day.

Thats burning a lot more calories which would equate to probable fat loss.

Or...dont. Some people can't handle lots of running. Have you tried swimming? Swim for 30 minutes every day, or mix it up. Get on the bike for a while, throw in the stairstepper, etc.

I just dont think 2 miles every other day is going to get rid of the flubber. Im kinda in the same boat as you...sort of. I've got low bodyfat%, but what I do have is concentrated in my midsection. Mad cardio (I did cross country) kept me slim during highschool, and I'm figuring I need to do the same now. Or not...experimenting rules!!

Bro, it's damn near impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. One involves a negative number of calories, one a positive balance. You have to decide what you're doing, cutting or bulking.

And swimming isn't a great fat burner.

Just clean up your diet. You don't need to run 32812398398 miles a day.

Thank you.

Diet is the most important thing regardless of how hard you train, or how much you run.

lol..this thread got a little funny...man...all the pros rely on what they eat to lose fat...not excessive cardio...im usually a fat bastard...but when i want to start cutting...i just eat nuttin but clean foods...1 whole egg with 5 whites and oatmeal for breakfast...maybe a snack(apple or something) an hour later then i hit the gym..after the gym..protein shake and clean mean..chicken rice and veggies...the hit a protein shake later...have a healthy low carb dinner..i like steak and salad..maybe small amount of rice...then before bed a shake with some natty peanut butter..also..i dont let myself go into starvation mode..if its not enuff food..eat something healthy..high protein..tuna on some light weight bread is good snack or protein shake or etc etc...also do like 30 mins cardio pretty high intensity after ur workouts when ur carbs and glycogen is depleted...dont starve urself..thats a big mistake if u want muscle
