Question Question for the females

The fat right on the sides, i guess guys might call them love handles... what exercises help get rid of it

Well, it doesn't matter where the fat is, you can't spot reduce. People just tend to deposit fat in different areas genetically. This means to get rid of the fat anywhere, cardio is the way to go. Lifting will increase your muscle mass but in order to lose body fat everywhere, aim for 4 cardio sessions, 45min in duration, weekly.

I know you cant spot reduce, but are there any exercises that might work the muscle in that area...

If your talking about the sides of your stomic, side bends, Twisting Crunch work the Obliques but if you've got some fat there making the Obliques larger is gonna push that fat out more and possible make your "LOVE HANDLES" look even larger.

Work on proper diet, cardio will help but good clean eating is the key.

as they said, working your sides (obliques) will not help, you need to get leaner.

My track coach in college used to tell us to get rid of that "lovehandle fat" you need to run 2 marathons with 5 minutes rest....lol.
