    OH MY GOD....I'm old!

When your son can bench as much as you can, then you know your getting old!

When you kick butt with squats and the next day you can't hardly walk and your son is calling you a puss after he did the same routine.....then your old.

    Shit I'm getting OLD!!

He's not going to pass me up! No ****ing way! The little bastard!

LMAO!! I will know how you feel in a few years probably! But look at it this way........you can teach and coach him. Take pride in that! Then you can say..("That's my Boy!)

    He's 17 now.

The only saving grace I have is that he may be able to bench the same weight but he can't do the same reps yet! I'm still safe technically.......right?

My son started working out with me when he was 21, and he would'nt continue , because I was stronger than him in every movement. Then when he turned 24 he got fed up with being pushed around so he put his mind to developing his body, and joined me at the gymn (of course I had to pay for it ). In just over a year he just about caught up to me. By the time we were together for a year and a half he had caught up, and we were the envy of other father/son partners. He was my inspiration, and I was his. I did'nt loose face with him, nor myself , nor anyone else. THANK YOU LORD GOD for grown children!!!!!
