How long did it take you?

From the time you first started out weight training, or whatever your objectives were, to the present time, or the time of which you would call your peak?

Just wondering how long it takes to reach optimum levels of fitness, appearance, strength...etc.

So, how long did it take you?

It took me about 5 years to develope my upper body and only 3 to develope my legs. My goal was to bench 400lbs before I turned 20 ( naturally) and to be 210+ with a body fat of around 8% .

damn im on a neverending quest to obtain my goals....but i on my way..im a senior in high school at 230 pounds and was a 160 pound freshman so id say that was a pretty significant gains....as for gaols i have 5 more pounds to gain before the end of this school year....id write longer but i have to go eat.

My Goals were to bench 300 and dunk before i graduated and i got both(set these as a freshman) dunk i got way before bench 300
