just cant

i have been trying to lower my bf% for a while now and i just cant i bought pills to lower bf any ideas?

If the pills worked, once you stopped them your bodyfat would come back. Diet is the key.

How high is your bodyfat now? Stop taking pills. They are useless unless you have proper diet in the first place.

The pills will likely just absorb all your water, and dehydrate you which will make you look thinner but as soon as you go off them, you will gain the water weight back.

Anything LEGAL will provide a couple percentage points of assistance, DIET DIET DIET.

My point was, even if they did ALL the work, you'd have to be on them for life to maintain those results if you didn't get your diet in order. Diet pills are assistance at best, they are SUPPLEMENTS not SOLUTIONS.

Making sense? You are what you eat, is a somewhat accurate statement.

download BFFM (Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle) by Tom Venuto. If you're willing to spend 40 dollars for an ebook consisting of 340 pages, it is a great ebook and will definitely help you lower your BF%.

He talks about goal setting, how to think positive and why you should. Also explains why 95% of all diets fail, 8 most powerful strategies to lose fat and not lose muscle. Teaches u how to determine your fat to muscle ratio, LBM, how to chart your progress, and count calories etc..

He also explains the 3 different bodytypes (ecto, meso, endo) and helps you determine what you are and where to start. Metabolism is talked about a lot as well.

Teaches about protein/carbs/fat intake and the zig-zag method. There's a lot of cool interesting stuff here.
