HELP with HIIT!
i am currently doing a 4 day split workout
monday - legs tuesday - chest and tris wednesday - off thursday - back and bis friday - shoulders and calves i was reading alot of posts on HIIT - and they recommend you only do HIIT on your off days or non lifting days - is this true? right now i do HIIT cardio on tuesday, wednesday, thurday and friday. Wed. is my off day. Is this ok? - if this is not - please give me some suggestions. if this is true that means i am going to be doing something workout related 7 days a week - which i am not to crazy about. Is a 3 day split better suited for HIIT cardio while cutting? |

I only run on my off days, but if I were to run on my training days, I would do an AM/PM thing where I would workout in the morning with weights, and then some HIIT cardio at night.
