Dumbbell Exercises

I have recently started to bodybuild again and have a question for anyone who can help. I do mainly dumbell exercies, which is great for Chest, Arms, shoulders, and somewhat for legs but, I have a problem finding exercises that will really tax my traps and back. I do one armed rows, incline rows, upright rows, and deadlifts. Any suggestions on good back and trap dumbell exercises would be great!

What day do you traps on? I always find I get a better Trap workout doing them with shoulders over back.

With back, i find you really have to think about what your doing, try to feel that squeez at the end. Form is very important here.

Cool

Dumbbell shrugs with very strict form and a 2 sec pause at the top. Do not roll your shoulders...straight up, straight down.
