Muscles

Does flexing your muscles alot or having people squeeze them damage your muscles??

Techinically flexing would. There is some routine that requires you to flex your muscles for 30 seconds after each set just to get that extra little bit of damage done to them. Having someone squeeze them wouldn't do a whole lot, plus it would be a strange workout session...

Lol it's not for working out it's just when I wear muscle shirts I flex alot with my friends and girls squeeze them... I just wanted to know if it would damage them that bad

Haha, I was joking about it being a workout, but I don't think squeezing them will do much of anything. If you notice, it's kind of hard to flex after a period of time, so it does do something.
