barbell rows?
What are some tips to do "good form" rows? I find that if I use heavier weights, my form starts to really suffer. I wanted to try to keep the push/pull ratio closer, but I don't think thats working too well...I mean to bench 265 and barely row 185, is that going to cause an imbalance problem?

Just start out light to get the movement down. I too row less than I bench, but my chest is less developed than my back.
