today i have to do a home work out =/

im at my parents house for the weekend, and today it's my chest / tri workout day. The gym i go to is a little local one near my house in San fransisco, and since im about two hours away im going to be working out at home.

My equpment: an adjustable bench with a decline, flat, and incline setting. A barbell that i can load with enough weight, and 2 adjustable dumbells that I can put a lot of weight on.

Anyway for my routine (which im actually going to be doing in about 45 mins) I was thinking something along the lines of this:

(3 sets each)
-decline bench
-flat bench bench
-dumbell flys
-standing skull crushers
-decline dumbell flys

maybe a little bit of ab work too. what do you guys think?

I'm on exactly the same boat. I'm away from my gym this week, and I was travelling on Saturday - which is usually my chest and Tri day as well. So, I have to use a bench in the loft(that's an atic...to you yanks...I think), which is crawling with cobwebs and the biggest spiders I've ever seen in my life!!

As for your workout - why not try some kickbacks for your tri's if all you have is dumbells? Also, close grip bench press is a good'un for the triceps.
