Strong Obliques...
I know ALOT of people do not do any work specificly FOR obliques... and I don't want to if i don't need to, as I prefer to stick as close to compound exercises as possible.
ANyway, like I said, alot of people have strong obliques even if they don't target them specificly, so if you are one of those people, what exercises do you think have contributed to your obliques?
