Wider

How can i make my shoulders alot wider?
I will be thankful to any comments.

I good dose of shoulder presses. Also Stand up straight, shoulders not rounded, it creates a better v shape.

Shoulder exercises such as lateral raises. They do the side of your shoulder, which makes the overall shape of the deltoid look wider.

yep like hawkins said, focus on lateral raises..a well developed side delt will make you look wide.

focus more on ur lateral raises then ur front presses for a month...concentrate on good form...also..hit the standing barbell presses like the guy said earler...cant go wrong with shoulder mass there...also make sure ur eating enuff to feed the muscles

I'm suprised no one mentioned back work, I had narrow shoulders (still not happy with them) but they are better now. But I have noticed that once my back got bigger it was more noticable from the front to the point where it makes me look wider up front.

i have the same problem, if a see on the mirror my shoulder are fflat.
