bicep trouble

i have always had narrow, high arms-your classic ectomorph. to compensate for that, when i first started lifting a few years ago i focused on doing lots barbel curls with no wrist supination, bad idea but i was young and stupid.

now my problem is that the smaller head on my bicep is disproportionatly smaller than the larger head. yesterday i started incorperating a few sets of heavy hammer curls into my routine, but i was curious-

what is the best exercise to devlope the smaller head of the bicep brachii? i need to get some balance here.

Try concentration curls. They give a good contraction and emphasise the width of the bicep as well as the length and height.

if the short head is the inner head, and barbell curls with a wider grip put greater emphasis on the inner part of the biceps, im gonna say wide grip barbell curls.
