Exclamation Work out question

hey there guys and girls. i have a quick questions i see alot of your workouts on here and was wondering if it is bad that i only work out one body part a day.. i lift 6 days a week but for example Monday ill do chest and ill hit it hard.. tues legs and so on... i am doing the p/rr/s workout routine i just see everyone doing mutiple parts and i feel that its to much to do back and bi's in the same day i like to work hard and have perfect form on one bodypart.. so a little feedback would be greatly appreciated

im working on the diet.. i never eat bad stuff i just can never get myself to eat 5-6 meals a day i always try to but i always end back at 2 meals a day.. im gonna start eating breakfast, then a shake, lunch, then a shake, then dinner and that will give me 5 meals i think thats the best i can do.. my problem is i like to go out and party so ive been drinking to much alchol which is all empty calories.. thats what i have cut out.. now when there is a party or if i go to concert will be the only time ill drink.. that will help me lose the extra weight quick

Thank for the post i appreciate it
