My training split
Day#1 (Sat) Chest, Triceps, Cardio
Day#2 (Sun) Back & Sit-ups Day#3 (Mon) off Day#4 (Tue) Cardio Day#5 (Wed) Biceps Day#6 (Thur) off Day#7 (Fri) Shoulders Okay. Here is my current training split. I haven't started it yet, so I'd like to run it past you guys before I encounter any problems. This is just a beta so I can make changes if needed. I'm trying to cut up right now, so I threw in some cardio, but I'm thinking I may add a third day of it. So what do you think? |

Wed: Quads, Calves, Hams Fri: Back, Biceps Tues: Cardio, Abs Thurs: Cardio, Abs Sat: Cardio, Calves Next Week........ OFF for working out 7 straight days. Where the hell was Leg day at? |
