Leg Day(s)

Is it ok to train legs 2 days a week? It's probably a dumb ? but I had to ask? Also, I workout everyday, on my "off" day I just do cardio, is that ok?

you can do 1 heavy day and 1 light day. I would try to do them at least 3-4 days apart
