If you stop for a month, you will not lose much, a little though. If you stop for a year you will lose everything you've gained.
You need to adjust your diet, eat only as much as you burn, if your not working out that'll be less remember.
Yes you'll loose some muscle over a year but your muscles will have "muscle Memory" so you'll put back on what you lost alot faster than the first time you put it on.
