question about my routine
Well here is my routine. Its the p/r/s routine.
I just started it this monday. Monday: Dumbell press 3 x 4-6 Incline Bench Press 3 x 4-6 Weighted Dips 3 x 4-6 Military press (smith) 2-3 x 4-6 Upright Row 2-3 x 4-6 Cheat Lateral 2 x 4-6 Wednesday: Squats 3 x 4-6 Leg Press (45° version) 3 x 4-6 Single Leg Extension 2 x 4-6 Lying Leg Curl 3 x 4-6 Stiff legged Deadlift 2-3 x 4-6 Friday: Rack Deadlift 3 x 4-6 Bent Row 3 x 4-6 Weighted Chin 2-3 x 4-6 CG Seated Row (cable) 2-3 x 4-6 Saturday: Barbell Curl 2 x 4-6 Preacher Curl 2 x 4-6 Hammer Curl 2 x 4-6 CG Bench Press 3 x 4-6 Skull Crushers 2 x 4-6 Single Arm Dumbbell Extensions 2 x 4-6 My question is....whats up with the Rack deadlift on firday...after doing similar excersice on wednesday? |

well when doing rack deadlifts you are using a lot more back than legs...because of the fact that you are only going down a little past your knee with the bar....so its not a full deadlift but you can always try them and see if your legs are not letting you put up the weights that you think you can then you can switch up your routine to help that. but your routine looks really good. good luck with it and i hope i helped you a little bit.
