I am a 16 year-old, female girl. I weigh about 150lbs. and I am 5'10". Now that it's summer vacation, I would like to start a simple, easy workout program that requires a minimum amount of equipment, since I will be going away to a few camps this summer. It's been a while since I was in any pe classes (I do marching band instead) or any sort or workout/exercise program so i'm assuming i would need to start small. I would like to have a workout that will:
-build my upper body strength (I have next to none and its really starting to bug me) -increase my flexibility (a few years ago i went through a growth spurt and i wasn't doing that many stretches, in other words none, and would like to be able to touch my toes again) -increase my motabilism (I'm tired of not being able to run for more than five minutes without loosing my breath) -slim up my thighs and clves, mainly my thighs (my legs are decently strong, but they have too much flab for my taste) Any suggestions are welcome, but what I would really like is a laid out, definite workout plan that I can do either early in the morning or in the evening. (I might add that I live in West Texas so most outdoor exercises are fairly limited during most of the day) |
