foot placement on a squat???
what's the foot placement on a squat? and i dont mean some pansy half squat??? i'm talking full deep squat, the kind where your a$$ almost hits the ground i've heard shoulder width and i've heard wider than shoulders.

From what i know, PL is a wide - very wide stance. BB is a narrow stance.

Some PLs do squat narrow, but generally they dont.

When I do olympic squats I typically squat with about a shoulder width stance. I go quite a bit wider when doing power squats; I really think you have to.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
