Does anyone know why when I am at the bottom of the rep on incline dumbbell presses my shoulder pops and it feels like it moves? It doesn't hurt, but it can't be good right?

Well, it happens to me all the time, but I'm old.
Are you warming up and stretching first? |

How do you stretch your shoulders? Nope I didn't have much time last time so I skipped warmup.

A noise such as "popping, cracking" etc is usually nothing to worry about.
Uusally it is something as simple as air passing about the joint which can result in a "cracking or popping" of a joint. If it is the knee then you need to tread with greater caution. ------------------ Exercise, my drug of choice |
