    Question dumbells

when doing one arm dumbell rows for my back, what is the proper form? I have seen guys at the gym doing it a couple different ways, and i'm not sure which one is best. Thanx.

There are a couple of variations. The best form is to keep your back straight and initiate the movement with your lats and back muscles instead of your arms. I vary the position of the dumbbell with each set, parallel with my body and perpendicular with my body. Here's a good link that explains alot.
