Question 5 day routine

I am going to try a 5 day routine where I work each muscle group once every 5 days instead of once per week.
I am going with 2 exercises per group, 3 sets each, low volume.
I know some of you will think this is over training. Any comments welcome

That's basically what I'm am currently doing, and I don't believe it to be overtraining.
Day 1:Legs
Day 2:Chest/shoulders/Traps
Day 3ff
Day 4:Lats/Calves/Abs
Day 5ff
I usually do 2 exercises of 2-4 sets each for the major muscle groups.Every third cycle, I reduce the volume a bit to avoid overtraining.

It would be for me but if it works for you, who cares what other people think? Good luck.

Just because the majority believes it, does not make it true!
