Hey, i've been working out a few months. A trainer recently told me, cardio done twice a week would be benenficial to get rid of flab. Even though i'm smallish (5'10 150 lbs) do you think i need much cardio. As of now i just play sports sparingly, never use any cardio equipment.
You may be skinny, but if you can still have a high BF%. Make sure you have a good lifting routine, and eat clean foods high in protein, EFA's and moderate carbs (mainly from whole wheat/grains). In addition to that, cardio will help you rid some more BF for sure
plus cardiovascular also is good for just what it says, cardiovascular, working your heart. your heart can never be enough in shape, especially in this day and age.
A skinny guy should do more cardio then a fat guy, its because the less fat you have the more the body wants it... just like mcdonalds the less of them you eat the more you want.
I would sudjest eat very clean about 2500 calories and do cardio of 45mins every day
You will see very quick gains in LBM this way......................
