    ROM machine

Have you guys ever heard of this ROM machine? Supposedly it gives you a full body workout in 4 minutes. The price is ridiculous. What are your thoughts?

That's precisely how people get ripped off. Four minutes? I seriously doubt a machine can give you enough intensity in enough areas to give you a good full body workout in four minutes. I'm sure a lot of people have actually bought it though...

If you got paid enough, you'd probably swear by it too.
