i do it all the time when doing dumbell incline.seems to protec the shoulders a bit and was told it works the inner chest a bit more, as it almost has a fly motion to it....can't do as much weight as conventional pressing tho.....
Anyone ever try this for chest. Does it work any differently than normal DB bench press? Is it easier on the shoulders?

Sounds very, very strange for a dumbell or incline bench. I have heard of palms facing for dumbell pressing but never in.![]()
